Milk-based sweets (pedas, kalakand, rasmalai, gulab jamun) are made the same morning they are delivered. Barfis and laddoos are made daily in small batches. Namkeen is fried fresh every week.

It varies by item and is printed on every product page and box. As a rule: milk sweets 3–5 days refrigerated, dry-fruit sweets 7–15 days refrigerated, laddoos and barfis 5–15 days, namkeen 30–60 days in an airtight container.

Keep milk-based sweets refrigerated and consume within shelf life. Dry sweets and namkeen stay best in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Bring refrigerated sweets to room temperature 15 minutes before serving for best taste.

Our Anjeer Barfi and Khajur Pak are sweetened only by the fruit itself, with no added refined sugar. More no-added-sugar options are added during festival seasons.
