What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, phone number, email address and delivery address — the minimum needed to prepare and deliver your order. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email. We also keep records of your orders so you can view your history and we can serve you better.

Payments

Online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems — we never see or store your payment credentials. We only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

How we use your information

We use your details to fulfil orders, send order confirmations and delivery updates by email and WhatsApp, respond to your queries, and — only if you've subscribed — send occasional offers. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.

Cookies

We use a session cookie that keeps your cart and login working — the site cannot function without it. We use your browser's local storage to remember recently viewed products on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security & retention

Your data is stored on secured servers, passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes, and access is limited to staff who need it to serve you. Order records are retained as required by tax law; you may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
