Welcome to Namdev Sweets. These terms govern your use of https://test.mklogisticsolution.in and any purchase made through it. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Being handmade fresh daily, products may vary slightly in appearance from the imagery shown. Weights are net weights at the time of packing. We reserve the right to revise prices; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

2. Orders & availability

An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds (or COD is verified) and you receive a confirmation. In the rare case an item is unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute of equal or higher value or refund that item in full. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or are outside our delivery areas.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and minimum order values are area-specific and shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on receipt; quality claims must be raised within 4 hours of delivery as per our Shipping & Refund Policy.

4. Coupons & offers

Coupons are subject to their stated validity, minimum order values, and usage limits, cannot be combined with other coupons, and carry no cash value. We may withdraw an offer at any time for new orders.

5. Allergen notice

Our kitchen handles milk, nuts (cashew, almond, pistachio, peanut), gluten, sesame and soy. Despite careful practices, any product may contain traces of these allergens. Ingredient lists are provided on each product page; if you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — brand name, logo, photographs, illustrations and text — belongs to Namdev Sweets and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability & jurisdiction

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
