Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery

We deliver fresh sweets and namkeen within our listed local delivery areas. Orders placed before 2:00 PM in same-day areas are delivered the same evening; all other orders are delivered the next day between 10 AM and 8 PM. Delivery charges and minimum order values vary by area and are shown at checkout — see the Delivery Areas page for the full list. Orders above the area's free-delivery threshold ship free.

Because our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails twice due to an unavailable recipient or incorrect address, the order is treated as fulfilled and milk-based items cannot be redelivered.

Order Changes & Cancellation

You can cancel or modify an order free of charge any time before it enters the Preparing stage — just message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once preparation begins, fresh sweets are made specifically for your order and cancellation is no longer possible. Prepaid cancellations made in time are refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged, Incorrect or Quality Issues

Your sweets should arrive in perfect condition. If anything is damaged in transit, incorrect, or below the freshness you expect from us, send a photo on WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 within 4 hours of delivery. We will, at your choice, replace the item free of charge on the next delivery run or issue a full refund for the affected item. No forms, no return shipping — perishable items never need to be sent back.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours on our side. Razorpay then credits your original payment method — typically 2–4 business days for UPI and wallets, and 5–7 business days for cards and net banking. Cash-on-delivery refunds are issued via UPI transfer.

Festival Season Note

During peak festival weeks (Diwali, Rakhi, Holi) delivery slots fill quickly and same-day delivery may be limited. We recommend ordering 1–2 days in advance; scheduled deliveries are always honoured first.
